Column with Ionic Capital
Often used to form supports for porticos to entrance ways, as features in large hallways and to create magnificent garden features in the form of a pergola.
The pillars have been designed to become a permanent structural support. The column sections have male and female components which ensure they fit together in perfect alignment. The centre of all the sections are hollow, allowing sufficient space to ‘thread’ the sections onto a scaffold pole.
Once complete the whole pillar can then be back-filled with cement to bind all sections as one. The pillars are available with a choice of Ionic or Doric capitals. There is an additional base section available to elevate the height of the pillars.
